WEBFeb 27, 2014 — If it’s post nasal it may be the way you sleep. Draining down one side so only one side of your throat is irritated. Or the sinuses on one side are shaped in a way that’s more conducive to getting blocked and/or causing drip. That doesn’t answer what’s causing the post nasal drip, but allergies are a usual suspect.

WEBJun 7, 2017 — Are you doing the Dymista twice per day? I would add an oral antihistamine (Claritin, Zyrtec, etc.). When my allergies were really bad, I used Dymista, Claritin, and Singular all together. A neti pot helps too. I actually prefer the cheapo plastic Neil Med one found at Target, CVS, etc. Be sure to use distilled water.
