WEBApr 18, 2022 · To be honest, am more then a little puzzled how you had <Outlook Express> (OE) working on your Win 10 system. OE hasn't been available since Win 'XP was discontinued. There is no download or install option for OE for Win10 (or any O/S after Win'XP for that matter). Are you sure that you were actually using OE and not a version of Windows Live Mail.

If you are using XP, what is your issue with OE? If you can't find OE, perhaps this will help. Right click on the Desktop | New | Shortcut. Browse to *c:\program files\outlook express\msimn.exe*.
