The Mercat de la Barceloneta is smaller and less interesting that the one on Las Ramblas but interesting as it is a market for the locals in the Barceloneta area, which appears poorer and more loca… Full review by Oldjack

This covered municipal market serves this local area. You won't find a lot of tourists here, but you will find a lot of food to buy. Nice displays. Some market cafes surround it. Full review by Thomas V
