You do not need to know how to swim as they provide you with snorkel vests to keep you floating on the surface. However, you do need to be 8 years old and older.

I don't believe so. We had a morning tour/swim time and the restaurant was closed until lunch time.

The swim is 10 minutes with a behind the scenes tour prior to the swim that can last between 30-45 minutes depending on questions and answers during the tour.
