I read on the Haliburton Forest website that winter permits are $50, then activities are on top of this. Firstly is this per person or per car and secondly, if we just want to visit the wolf centre, I assume we won't have to pay this permit? Thanks for any advice!

Hello tlr519, Thank you for your question! The $49.00 permit refers to the snowmobile pass per person. In the winter only snowmobiles and atvs can us our trails and roads. The Wolf Centre is separate from this open Saturdays and Sundays 10:00 am to 5:00 pm with last admission between 4:00 and 4:30 pm from Thanksgiving to the May Long Weekend. Adults are $12.00, Children $7.00 or a Family - 2 adults with there own children 17 and under at $25.00. Have a great day! Tegan - Office Manager
