Impressive and memorable statue and memorial. There was a bit of an uphill struggle to get here, but I'd say it was worth it. Some nice views of the city from here too. Full review by Traveller162014

Good example of a Russian Post Soviet memorial. The road up there without gps is less clear by walk, but worth due to the high wnd neighbourhood. No outlets at and in close approximate, hence it is 4. Full review by GergelyB82
