Hi, 3 to 4 hours is a good time window for you to enjoy Madurodam without rushing. At the other side of Madurodam there is a great playground for small children like yours. Many people dont manage to get there. Worth getting there to burn some extra energy from the small ones. I have beed to Drievliet while my Daughter was 3. Honestly, your daughter will not have access to many attractions. Therefore, I would not put a high priority in that location to be visited. In case you want to take tou daughter to a very interactive museum in The Hague, try Museum Meermanno. My kids go all around doing many things without myself been worried. Thats made for small children.
