Portions are accessible. Some motorized chairs won't be able to get to some of the walkways. Ask them when you arrive and they will let you know what areas will work for you.

Yes they were. If you are coming to Albuquerque it is worth stopping to see.

No. There is no place to eat at tinkertown. However it's just a bit over a mile back to the Turquoise Trail Hwy 14. There are several places to eat there. If you want a picnic, I suggest you buy some food at the Triangle Grocery Store in Cedar Crest and bag it.
