Hi - it depends on how long you are planning to stay. There are individual pay and display bays around the 3 Graces (i.e., the Liver Building, the Cunard Building and the Port Authority). These tend to be expensive though for more than an hour or so. The alternative is the Secure parking off Rumford Place (which is under the rather ugly passport office L3 9DL) or off New Quay driving towards the Liver Building. Both are within a 10 min walk of the gallery which is part of the Mann Island building
