We took a walk around here and sat in the sun looking at the ocean. It's a pleasant beach, much like others in the area. Full review by Thomas V

We live out-of-state, but visit family in the Boca area every few months. Can a Boca non-resident get an annual beach pass/permit? If yes, is it specific to the vehicle (we are usually in a rental car so would want a pass/permit that we can use with a rental car)? Also, if we can get a beach pass/permit as non-residents; how much is it and where can we get it (physical location or on-line site)? Thanks for any help and information!
