Hawrelak Park is one of the most beautiful parks in Edmonton. I had the joy being surprised with a luxury picnic by Euphoric Picnic who set up in Hawrelak park for us. The park setting is beautiful. …Full review by chrispyeel

Agree with the above and the park closes the gates at 11pm or 10pm. There is a sign. There is some construction in that area so rush hour is busy but otherwise it is central of the city …

Could you rent a bike and ride around? How big is the park if so?

No bike rentals. They often do 5 km charity walks within the park which are two laps of the park so to go around once is approximately 2.5 kms

No. There are horse shoe pits in Sir Wilfred Laurier, Victoria and Rundle Parks
