Features a grotto waterfall, this butterfly garden is unique and the first in an airport. Watching the butterflies was very relaxing. I don’t mind staying a couple of hours for a lay over in this air… Full review by Irine B

We went at night and we still saw butterflies. Very pretty and definitely worth going too if you are waiting for a connecting flight at terminal 3 at Changi airport and have time Full review by shadreyer
Can anyone enter butterfly garden even if not checked in

My understanding is that you have to be a traveler within the airport and have gone through security do you would have to be checked in to access the ares where the butterfly enclosure is.
