The Secret Service has made progress implementing the dozens of reforms a year after President Donald Trump was shot during a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.

"This report reveals a disturbing pattern of communication failures and negligence that culminated in a preventable tragedy," Sen. Rand Paul wrote in the report.

Trump has said he is satisfied with the information he has received from the agency about what went wrong that day.
