All three of Kevin McGonigle, Max Clark, and Josue Briceño have had incredibly impressive seasons so far to shoot up prospect rankings lists; however, the jump to Double-A was going to be the most significant step up in competition any of them has seen to this point in their young careers.

The Tigers are promoting three of MLB's Top-100 prospects at the same time, and it is great news for the major league squad.

Top Detroit Tigers prospects Kevin McGonigle, Max Clark and Josue Briceno were promoted from High A West Michigan to Double A Erie on Sunday. In the latest MLB Pipeline rankings, updated July 1, McGonigle, a shortstop, is ranked No. 7; Clark, an outfielder, is No. 12; and Briceno, a first baseman and catcher, is No. 58.
