NBA Summer League in Las Vegas continued on Tuesday with a handful of exciting rookies in action. Philadelphia 76ers No. 3 overall pick VJ Edgecombe made his debut in Las Vegas, while New Orleans Pelicans' Derik Queen faced Portland Trail Blazers' Yang Hansen.

VJ Edgecombe faced media after Philadelphia 76ers beat Washington Wizards. Despite a slow start, Edgecombe scored 15 points. He acknowledged missed shots as part of the game. Teammate Johni Broome praised Edgecombe's defense.

During a Las Vegas podcast appearance, 76ers HC Nick Nurse raved about how VJ Edgecombe could translate his explosive game to the NBA level.
