Royal Enfield Introduces The Flying Flea Electric Motorcycle Brand: A traditional company makes a play for the future of motorcycling.

After months of anticipation, Royal Enfield has finally taken the wraps off its first electric motorcycle. It’s called the Flying Flea C6, where “Flying Flea” will serve as the brand’s all-electric sub-brand (sort of like Harley-Davidson and LiveWire).

From everything Enfield presented about the Flying Flea project at EICMA, it's clear the company did not come to play.

It has been reported that the newly unveiled EV is expected to hit the Indian market somewhere in 2026. However, a confirmed launch date is yet to be announced by the company.

Royal Enfield has unveiled its first electric motorcycle, the Flying Flea C6, under its new EV subsidiary. The C6, styled as a retro bobber, features forged aluminium and a TFT touchscreen.

The brand will also be setting up an exclusive EV manufacturing space within its manufacturing facility at Vallam Vadagal

The Flying Flea C6 is based on a forged aluminium frame, a rarity in the budget-friendly EV market. Nestled within this frame is a magnesium battery casing, which helps in improved cooling and also weight reduction.

The first ever electric motorcycle from Royal Enfield is here and, it will be called the Flying Flea C6. And all EVs from Royal Enfield will be launched under the Flying Flea brand.
