PARIS, Feb. 28 (Xinhua) -- Local authorities in France's overseas territory of La Reunion confirmed on Friday that Cyclone Garance has caused at least three deaths. In a statement on its official X account, the prefecture of La Reunion said at least three people had died due to the cyclone.
