A 32-year-old man set fire to a home in Waterbury, Connecticut in February, in an attempt to fight for his “freedom” after officials said he was being held captive by his stepmother for over 20 years. After a lengthy investigation from the Waterbury Police Department, Kimberly Sullivan, 56, the man’s stepmother, was arrested Wednesday.
