Sean "Diddy" Combs' defense team is asking for Kid Cudi's testimony about the destruction of the rapper's 2012 Porsche and the claims that Combs was behind it to be struck from the record.

The testimony ties directly into Cassie’s earlier claims that Diddy lost it when he learned about her and Cudi, allegedly vowing to blow up the Man on the Moon artist’s car. Cudi also testified that when he later confronted Diddy about the explosion during a meeting with Cassie at Soho House in L.A., the music mogul played dumb.
