"X-Men" star Foster, who shares two children with "Orange is the New Black" and "That '70s Show" actress Laura Prepon, is seeking a divorce.

Foster cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split and listed their date of separation as Sept. 9 — the same day he filed for divorce.
