The Raiders are sticking with Gardner Minshew as their starting quarterback for Sunday's game against the Dolphins, coach Antonio Pierce said Wednesday.

The Raiders promoted passing game coordinator Scott Turner to offensive coordinator, and also brought in his father and NFL veteran coach, Norv Turner, as an advisor. With all of the changes around the staff, some expected that there might be a different starter at quarterback, but Antonio Pierce made his decision public on Wednesday.
