Roman Anthony was rocking a new number on the back of his Red Sox jersey on Tuesday night, much to the delight of Boston legend Fred Lynn.

Red Sox legend Fred Lynn took to social media to wish newly-promoted top MLB prospect Roman Anthony luck wearing No. 19.

Roman Anthony switched his number from 48 to 19 ahead of his second MLB game. It comes with a lot of Red Sox history from players who wore the number before him. But one legend and nine-time All-Star is hopeful the Boston Red Sox rookie has just as much luck wearing it as he did.
