Mail-in ballots that were sent Friday to overseas Palm Beach County voters offered “Tom Walz,” not Minnesota Gov. “Tim Walz,” as the Democratic nominee for vice president. The glitch, reported to The Palm Beach Post by people who received ballots, was visible to only about 257 voters who downloaded an emailed link with access to the ballot.

The Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections said Gov. Tim Walz, the Democratic nominee for vice president, was misspelled as “Tom” Walz in some ballots that were emailed to overseas voters last Friday.

Over 250 electronic ballots that were sent from Palm Beach County to military and overseas voters had democratic vice presidential candidate Gov. Tim Walz’s name misspelled.
