VAN NUYS — A fundraising effort is continuing in support of two 22-year-old men and church volunteers whose car was struck by a Mercedes allegedly involved i n a street race against a Rolls-Royce in Van Nuys, leaving one of the victims dead and the other critically injured.

As two vehicles were street racing​ in Van Nuys, one of them crashed into another car that wasn't involved. Over the weekend, a man inside the uninvolved car died from his injuries while the search for one of the racing drivers continues,

Police are looking for a Rolls-Royce driver who sped down Sherman Way alongside another vehicle that struck and killed a 22-year-old churchgoer Friday.
