Over a year after Vin Diesel was sued by a former assistant, who accused him of wrongful termination and sexual assault, the judge in the case is dismissing some of its most potent claims.

Vin Diesel successfully landed a legal victory in the sexual battery lawsuit brought by his former assistant, Asta Jonasson. Per Variety, earlier today, Judge Daniel M. Crowley dropped four employment discrimination claims against the actor but upheld allegations of sexual battery and wrongful termination.

The actor still faces sexual battery and wrongful termination allegations made by Asta Jonasson, a former employee
