A man is behind bars after authorities said he traveled “with the intent to engage in sexual activities” with someone he believed to be a 10-year-old girl.
The Shelbyville Police Department in Tennessee on Friday arrested Edward Charles Cress, a Kearney truck driver, for alleged solicitation and aggravated exploitation of a minor and attempted rape.
