An agreement was reached on Friday after plans were in jeopardy​ to save Crozer Health and keep two Delaware County hospitals open.

Crozer’s bankrupt owner, Prospect Medical Holdings, has been saying it would close the hospitals without financial support from the state, Delaware County, and now the Foundation for Delaware County.

Bankruptcy court judge verbally lashes the foundation after a board member succeeded in getting an injunction stopping money flowing to Crozer Health, and possibly its parent company.
