Irish and Leinster rugby winger James Lowe and his wife Arnica Palmer were among thousands of people to receive Irish citizenship at a ceremony in the Convention Centre in Dublin on Friday.

Half an hour before the beginning of the match James Lowe was warming up with a group of Irish players simulating a ruck move. Lowe took no obvious hard contact but fell to the ground on his back.
