A 38-year-old Waterloo, Ont., woman has been killed after their vehicle drove over a snowbank on the Highway 7 flyover ramp and fell onto Highway 8 below.
The hazardous materials incident at the Exit 84 off-ramp of Interstate 40 in Russellville was safely cleared Wednesday night.
