“We’re incredibly excited to welcome the Red Bull Flugtag back to Tampa, along with the 100,000 spectators it will bring,” City of Tampa Mayor Jane Castor said in a press release.

Flying elephants, gliding hamburgers, pianos with wings — you name it. Millions of spectators have witnessed it at Red Bull Flugtag, consistently one of the most enjoyable shows on Earth.

Red Bull launched its first Flugtag -- pronounced floog-targ, German for "flying machine" -- in Austria in the early 1990s, where the company was founded. The event came to the U.S. in 2001.
