Representatives from Martorano's Prime, Rivers Casino Philadelphia, and the City of Philadelphia cut the ribbon on Fishtown's new restaurant — Martorano's Prime, an Italian-American Steakhouse.

Rivers Casino Des Plaines once again topped the list, at $37.6 million in adjusted gross receipts and 216,000 visitors in February, according to the Gaming Board.
