The red variety is hardier than the white. Anthemis. A rapidly spreading plant with silvery, lacy leaves and small, white, daisy-like flowers that also bloom in the fall. Red-hot pokers.

Snow Flurry has small, stiff, dark-green lanceolate leaves. The white, daisy-like flowers that appear in September and October are about a half-inch across, smaller than a dime.

Their white daisy-like flowers look like Shasta daisies, but they’re not. This alien annual has a disagreeable odor and an acrid taste, although I’d advise against tasting it.
