New York Giants wide receiver Victor Cruz left Sunday's game against the Philadelphia Eagles with an ankle injury. Left guard Justin Pugh suffered a knee injury and also didn't return.

Cruz downplayed the injury last week, saying the tightness was something he experienced every summer. He insisted it would be fine. Cruz, 29, has missed most of the past two seasons with leg injuries.
