Another 2026 winter storm is approaching the East Coast of the U.S., and is forecast to hit parts of Maryland such as Ocean City and Salisbury.

Storm Team 4 is monitoring lake-effect snow ongoing over Lake Michigan. A band of snow is expected to move onshore midmorning and bring light, steady snow showers through the early afternoon.
“Dangerous cold comes this week with several nights featuring single digit temperatures and wind chills below zero,” the National Weather Service said early Monday. “It’s quite rare to get a stretch of temperatures this cold for so long. Take precautions if headed out.”
