Judging by Costco’s recent growth, it’s clear that the company has plans to open more than just seven U.S. locations in 2025. During the 2024 fiscal year, Costco opened 29 total locations, including 23 in the U.S. And in 2023, Costco opened 23 total locations, with 13 in the U.S.

Costco is opening new stores in Prosper and Weatherford next month. The Prosper store will open March 14 The Weatherford store will open on March 15. Costco is opening several new stores next month, including two in North Texas.
