WASHINGTON, July 16 (Reuters) - The U.S. Capitol Police detained a man with guns and a bow and arrow in his vehicle along Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington, D.C., on Wednesday, the USCP said in a statement, adding that charges are pending.

WASHINGTON - Capitol Police arrested a man outside of the United States Capitol July 16 after finding a bow and arrow in his vehicle, a spokesperson said in a statement. The man also admitted to having guns in the vehicle, the statement said.
