Coal India Ltd (CIL) has reported a 17.4% decline in its consolidated net profit for the October-December 2024 quarter, which stood at Rs 8,491.22 crore, down from Rs 10,291.71 crore during the same period last year.

Coal India on Monday reported a 17 per cent drop in consolidated net profit to Rs 8,505.57 crore for the third quarter (Q3) of the financial year 2024-25 (FY25) from Rs 10,253.48 crore reported during the same period last year.
