A Los Angeles man Thursday was charged with murder and burglary after he was linked to the fatal shootings of a long-time “American Idol” executive and her husband inside an Encino home this week.

Charges have been filed against the man suspected of killing an "American Idol" music supervisor and her husband in their Encino home.

Robin Kaye and husband Thomas Deluca were found dead in their Los Angeles mansion, after a history of burglaries in the Encino area.

In December, a judge dismissed the cases against 22-year-old Raymond Boodarian after a mental health evaluation was completed, and the court records indicated he was placed in a conservatorship, which puts another adult in charge of major decisions in a person's life if they've been diagnosed with a severe mental disorder.

Police found the victims while responding to the home in Encino on Monday afternoon, according to the Los Angeles Police Department

An investigation is ongoing after a man and woman were found dead with gunshot wounds at a residence in Encino, authorities said. The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed early Tuesday morning that the two victims were found when officers responded to a home on the 4000 block of White Oak Avenue on Monday.
