Christian Walker homered in a three-run second, Ryan Gusto pitched well into the sixth and the Houston Astros beat the Toronto Blue Jays 3-1 on Wednesday night to sweep the three-game series.

Walker enters Friday’s series against the San Diego Padres hitting a measly .154 with two extra-base hits (a double and a home run) and two RBI across 75 plate appearances. That’s not exactly what the 8-10 Astros signed up for when they gave Walker, who turned 34 in March, a three-year, $60 million contract.
