Ice Spice reached an agreement to end a copyright lawsuit claiming her hit song “In Ha Mood” was copied from a Brooklyn rapper’s track “In That Mood.”

Ice Spice settled a lawsuit accusing her and producer RiotUSA of stealing the D.Chamberz song “ In That Mood ” for their track “In Ha Mood.” According to court documents obtained by AllHIpHop, the case was dismissed with prejudice – meaning it cannot be refiled – on Monday (September 23).

“In Ha Mood” appeared on Spice’s debut album Y2K!, which was released in July. Filed in a New York federal court, both parties have agreed to resolve the suit. Although the exact terms of the settlement weren’t revealed, both parties were to cover their own attorney fees, per Pitchfork.
