They included the Mardi Gras killer, Derrick Groves, convicted of opening fire on a 2018 Fat Tuesday party, killing Jamar Robinson, 26, and Byron Jackson, 21.
But family members of 21-year-old Byron Jackson and 26-year-old Jamar Robinson say they're still feeling unsafe. Jackson and Robinson were killed in a shooting during Mardi Gras in 2018.
Eight of the 10 have been captured. One of the men still at large — Derrick Groves — was convicted of murder for the shooting deaths of Jamar Robinson and Byron Jackson in 2024.
