As Louisville residents "wait and see" what weather comes our way, they're already stocking up on groceries and other necessities.

A winter storm packed with below freezing temperatures, snow and ice is expected to hit Southern Indiana and most of Kentucky much of Sunday through Monday morning.

The National Weather Service predicted a "significant winter storm" will hit Kentucky on Sunday, with bad weather continuing into next week. We all know what comes next: Empty grocery store shelves, questions about school being canceled and snow plows waiting at the ready.
