A Fall River man was announced the winner of a $1 million prize in a Massachusetts State Lottery instant ticket game Thursday. Tiberio Silva won the Massachusetts State Lottery’s “ $5,000,000 100X Cashword ” instant ticket game, according to the Massachusetts State Lottery Commission.
