A domestic violence suspect was engaged in a standoff with law enforcement officials in the south Natomas area, Sacramento police said Thursday night.

A police tactical team is now at the complex in the 2700 block of Orchard Lane in the Willowcreek neighborhood with crisis negotiators called in to contact the suspect barricaded inside one of the residences, Sacramento police said just after 6 a.m.
