The Diamondbacks pulled off an incredible comeback victory against the Padres to win their fifth straight game.

San Diego Padres All-Star outfielder Jackson Merrill has been placed on the seven-day injured list after sustaining a concussion during Saturday night’s game against the Arizona Diamondbacks, per the Associated Press.

Arizona responded in the bottom half of the seventh drawing back-to-back two-out walks off Jeremiah Estrada. However, Estrada got Marte to ground out to Jake Cronenworth at second base to end the threat and the inning.
