Tim Tszyu has been released from hospital, but his career remains in limbo following a second brutal beat-down in the US.

Tim Tszyu has suffered his third professional defeat, going down to Sebastian Fundora who defended the belt he won from the Australian in a blood-stained thriller last year. Tszyu's corner waved off the contest before the eighth-round.

It took little time for Fundora to send a message to Tszyu, landing a thudding left in the first round that dropped Tszyu to the canvas. Tszyu beat the count, but it took several rounds before it appeared he'd shaken off the knockdown and was fully back in the fight.
