KUALA LUMPUR, July 11 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi, also a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, on Friday expounded China's position on the South China Sea arbitration case while attending the ASEAN Plus foreign ministers' meetings.
