Kliff Kingsbury will remain in Washington as the Commanders' offensive coordinator for a second season. Multiple reports Tuesday indicate Kingsbury will not interview with the Saints, who had shown interest in the former Cardinals' head coach.

Per FOX Sports' Jordan Schultz, Kingsbury has elected to run it back with the Commanders next season following the team's stunningly quick year-over-year turnaround. Washington went from having a 4-13 record in 2023 to reaching the NFC Championship Game roughly 12 months later, partly thanks to the play-caller.
The Commanders will play all four teams from the NFC North and AFC West next season, including matchups against the Kansas City Chiefs and Detroit Lions. The Commanders will also play the Chicago Bears for the fourth consecutive season. The Bears will travel to Northwest Stadium for the third straight year, hoping to avenge that Hail Mary loss.

Multiple outlets reported Tuesday that Kingsbury had attracted interest from the New Orleans Saints for their head-coaching vacancy but that he told them and other NFL teams he would be remaining with Washington. The Saints were the only job left open after Chicago, Dallas, New England, Jacksonville, Las Vegas and the New York Jets hired coaches.
