New details have emerged about a proposed Costco Wholesale Corp. store in the nation's fastest-growing city. The store would be in Celina's The Village at Ownsby Farm, a major retail center being developed off Preston Road by The Seitz Group's Eric Seitz. Costco could open in the first quarter of 2026, Seitz said.
