Jones sustained a calf injury in Week 16 that caused him to miss practice this week. Though he returned as a limited participant in the Chiefs’ drills on Tuesday, Kansas City officially listed him as questionable for its tilt against the Steelers. It is unclear how much time—if any—Jones will need to miss due to his current condition.

Chris Jones’ ability to take on multiple offensive linemen at once has been invaluable for the Kansas City Chiefs’ defense since his arrival in Western Missouri back in 2016. Unfortunately, Jones was listed on the Chiefs’ initial injury report for Week 17 ahead of their Christmas Day matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
